Only first-time accounts are eligible; renewals or subsequent orders are not eligible for a refund.
Your account must be in good standing with no overdue invoices.
Refunds are only issued for services that have not yet been registered or renewed. You must contact our support team, and we must verify that the domain or service has not already been registered or renewed before approving a refund.
If the issue regarding registration or renewal is resolved (i.e., the service is successfully provided), no refund will be issued.
