This Termination of Services Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which services provided by Hostisia Web Services Ltd. ("we," "us," "our") may be terminated by either the customer ("you") or by Hostisia Web Services Ltd.

2. Customer-Initiated Termination

• You may terminate your services at any time by submitting a written request to our support or billing team through the designated support portal or email.

• Upon termination, your access to the terminated services will cease, and all data associated with those services may be deleted, subject to our data retention policy.

• Refunds, if any, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

• You are responsible for downloading or backing up your data prior to service termination. Hostisia Web Services Ltd. is not liable for any data loss following termination.

3. Hostisia-Initiated Termination

We may terminate your services under the following circumstances:

• Non-payment or overdue invoices beyond the grace period.

• Violation of our Terms & Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other applicable policies.

• Fraud, abuse, or illegal activities detected on your account.

• Required by law, regulatory authority, or court order.

Termination may be with or without prior notice, depending on the severity and nature of the issue.

4. Effects of Termination

• All related services, including website hosting, email, and add-ons, will be deactivated.

• Domains may not be deleted, but access to domain management and related services may be restricted until outstanding issues are resolved.

• Any outstanding balance on your account remains due and payable after termination.

• We reserve the right to delete any and all data associated with terminated services.

5. Appeals & Restoration

If you believe your service was terminated in error or you wish to appeal a termination, you may contact our support team within 7 days of termination notice. Restoration of services may be considered at our sole discretion and may be subject to additional fees.

6. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify this Termination of Services Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
